Communicating Between Learning Sessions

Agree your communication channels

In addition to your learning sessions you will need to agree as an improvement team how you will communicate with each other during the action periods. For example:

Email – Agree a traffic light system for emails so it’s clear what the desired response is e.g.

‘For action by: all, core team, specific team member etc

WebEx – Use the webEx software to work through update documents together as a group. To hear a webEx in action, select from a list sessions here

Conference calls – Plan in regular conference calls to ensure progress is being made and learning shared

Weekly /Monthly Meetings – agree what additional meetings you think you will need in between learning sessions
