Community Based Case Studies
North East London NHS Foundation Trust have developed a case study detailing how they have implemented the NHS Safety Thermometer across their integrated community and mental health services. South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) have developed a case study detailing how they have implemented the NHS Safety Thermometer across their integrated community services and mental health trusts. The approach includes a comprehensive communication plan, team-contact cascade system, dedicated support mechanisms, Trust wide training and high energy enthusiasm for the delivery of harm free care.
